In reporting Courtney Love's arrest for disruptive behavior on a Virgin flight from LA to London, I said "the bitch is back." Turns out that was exactly the issue:

British police released U.S. rock star Courtney Love without charge on Tuesday after she received a warning for swearing at a crew member on her flight from Los Angeles.

....Love said the incident had been exaggerated. On her release, she admitted she had sworn at a flight attendant but insisted there was little more to the incident than that.

"I cussed (swore) at a lady," she told reporters. "My daughter is always saying I had a potty mouth.

"I cussed at a lady named Mary. She wasn't letting my friend into first class so I said 'Why are you being a bitch about it'," Love said.

Asked how she felt about the incident she retorted: "How do you feel about your tax dollars being used for me saying don't be a bitch?" [Reuters]
